Optimizing Li-ion Batteries Through Wettability Measurements

Li-ion batteries have been widely used in various electronic devices such as toys and other portable devices. There is, however, an increasing demand for better performance and higher energy density batteries due to the increase in the electric vehicle market. Wettability plays a pivotal role in Li-ion battery manufacturing and performance. Studying the wettability at different stages of the manufacturing process is thus crucial and will deepen the understanding needed to produce even better batteries in the future.
